...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL FLEMING AND CENTRAL
ROWAN COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM EDT...

At 839 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hilda, or near Morehead, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Morehead, Hays Crossing, Cranston, Munson, Hilda, and Waltz.

THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers
138 and 143.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
