Below normal rain chances are expected to continue today,
then rain chances will increase late tonight and Tuesday,
along with increasing easterly breezes. Minimum afternoon
RHs will remain near or above 60 percent. An extended
period of windy and wet weather is forecast from Tuesday
night through Friday, as a tropical low likely develops
into a tropical cyclone while lifting northward from the
northwestern Caribbean Sea through the eastern Gulf of
Mexico.
