Through 1230 pm, widespread showers and isolated thunderstorms will
move northeast to east near 10 knots through the Straits of Florida
south of the Upper Keys and the offshore Gulf waters north and north
to northeast of the Dry Tortugas. This activity is capable of
moderate to heavy downpours reducing visibilities, and wind gusts of
up to 30 knots, and frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.
