Through 1 pm, scattered showers with embedded thunderstorms will
move northeast at 5 to 10 knots through the deep Gulf waters, Gulf
waters and Hawk Channel of Lower Keys, and surrounding the Dry
Tortugas. The stronger of this activity is capable of frequent
lightning strikes, wind gusts of near 25 knots, and blinding
downpours.
