Through 600 am, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will
move northwest at 15 knots across the Straits of Florida, Hawk
Channel, parts of the Upper and Middle Keys, and Florida Bay and the
Gulf side waters. Mariners may encounter wind gusts around 25 knots,
reduced visibilities in heavy downpours, and occasional lightning
strikes. On land, some areas from Seven Mile Bridge to Key Largo will
see rainfall amounts up to one third of an inch along with wind gusts
around 25 mph.
