Through 730 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms over the Middle
Keys, Hawk Channel, and the Straits of Florida off the Middle and
Upper Keys continue to move to the south to southwest near 5 knots
along an outflow boundary. This activity will be capable of moderate
to heavy downpours reducing visbilities, wind gusts of 25 to 30
knots, and potentially some lightning strikes. Island communities
could see rainfall amounts of a few to several tenths of an inch.
