Through 530 pm, isolated showers and occasionally thunderstorms will
wax and wane as they move east to southeastward near 10 knots with
most of the activity remaining over the marine area. Occasionally, a
shower or thunderstorm may try to form or move across the Island
Chain resulting in a few tenths to quarter inch of rainfall. The
stronger activity will produce a few lightning strikes, wind gusts of
25 knots, and blinding downpours.
