Through 1230 pm, isolated showers and possibly a few thunderstorms
will drift north at near 5 knots south of the Dry Tortugas and along
the north end of the Upper Keys and its nearshore waters. Mariners
encountering this activity can expect brief bouts of moderate to
heavy rainfall reducing visibilities to less than 5 miles, winds up
to 20 to 25 knots, and occasional lightning strikes.
