.DISCUSSION...

Plenty of low level moisture due to recent rainfall will keep
afternoon RH values above 40 percent through today. Therefore,
fire concerns remain low at this time. RH values drop into the 20
to 25 percent range on Sunday across southwest Nebraska. However
light winds with gusts under 20 mph will keep help limit fire
concerns.
