...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ARTHUR...CENTRAL
KEITH AND SOUTHWESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT/245 PM
MDT/...

At 301 PM CDT/201 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm over Roscoe, or near Ogallala, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ogallala, Keystone, Roscoe, Kingsley Dam, Big Bald Hill, Bucktail
Lake, Nevens, and Broganville.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 61 between mile markers 84 and 101.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 137 and 138.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 124 and 139.
