...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LOUP...NORTHERN
LOGAN...EASTERN MCPHERSON...NORTHERN CUSTER...SOUTHERN BLAINE AND
SOUTHEASTERN THOMAS COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1106 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles north of Stapleton to near Arnold to
near Callaway. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Broken Bow, Arnold, Callaway, Merna, Anselmo, Dunning, Berwyn,
Victoria Springs State Recreation Area, Weissert, Westerville,
Lillian, Logan, Milburn, Milburn Diversion Dam State Wildlife
Management Area, Walworth, Tarboz Lake, Shanklin Bluff, Brown Lake,
Finchville, and Round Valley.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 95 and 107.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 229 and 289.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 250 and 273.
 Highway 83 between mile markers 117 and 130.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
central and west central Nebraska.
