...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN FRONTIER AND
SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 737 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southwest of Curtis, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Curtis, Moorefield, Maywood, and Quick.

This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 31 and 51.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in North Platte.
