...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN...
SOUTHEASTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHWESTERN CUSTER COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM
CDT...

At 1236 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Maxwell, or 18 miles east of North Platte, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Arnold, Brady, Maxwell, Keith, Finchville, and Etna.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 92 between mile markers 247 and 254.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 189 and 195.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
