* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Oberlin.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur with several
  access roads to the river flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Sunday was 14.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Sunday was 35.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 36.0

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Glenmora.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Some roads upstream from Glenmora,
  including Strothers Crossing Road near the community of Calcasieu
  and Price Crossing Road near Hineston have two to three feet of
  water over the road and are subject to being closed. Flooding of
  forested areas near the river will also occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 AM CDT Sunday was 14.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.9
    feet this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. The
  lowest homes between Deweyville and the river begin to flood,
  especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections. Low-lying
  roads and a few homes in Southwestern Beauregard Parish have some
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Sunday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 26.5 feet
    Thursday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
