* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Saturday was 5.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday afternoon and continue falling to 3.3 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Major lowland flooding will occur. Sabine
  Sands Road has about one to three feet of water covering the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 35.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Saturday was 35.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 36.0 feet early
    Wednesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. The
  lowest homes between Deweyville and the river begin to flood,
  especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections. Low-lying
  roads and a few homes in Southwestern Beauregard Parish have some
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:45 PM CDT Saturday was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 26.4 feet early
    Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
