* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Sunday was 6.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 3.0 feet Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Major lowland flooding will occur. Sabine
  Sands Road has about one to three feet of water covering the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 35.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Sunday was 35.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 36.0
    feet Wednesday evening.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. The
  lowest homes between Deweyville and the river begin to flood,
  especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections. Low-lying
  roads and a few homes in Southwestern Beauregard Parish have some
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:45 PM CDT Sunday was 25.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 26.6 feet Friday
    evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
