Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... Low pressure of 29.90 inches will move from eastern Ohio to the Mid- Atlantic Coast by tonight. A secondary cold front will move south across Lake Erie this evening ahead of high pressure of 30.30 inches that will build over the Great Lakes through Thursday. The high will gradually shift to the East Coast through Saturday, allowing for a more active pattern this weekend.
