.SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...

A surface high will slowly move east. Potential Tropical Cyclone 9
will bring impacts to the southern and eastern Gulf of Mexico later
this week. Mariners should stay informed with the latest forecast
concerning this system as winds and seas may increase to hazardous
thresholds by mid to late week as gradient winds and wave heights
increase.
