...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Humboldt River At Comus affecting Humboldt County.

.The Humboldt River at Comus is expected to slowly rise through the
weekend, possibly reaching minor flood stage Monday night.

For the Lower Humboldt...including Comus...elevated river levels are
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the advisory area, remain alert to possible flooding
or the possibility of the advisory being upgraded to a warning.

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Humboldt River at Comus.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Minor lowland flooding
  throughout the reach. No flooding in Winnemucca.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:15 AM PDT Sunday the stage was 8.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to flood stage tomorrow
    afternoonWednesday morning. It will then fall to 9.3 feet
    Wednesday afternoon. It will rise to 9.4 feet Wednesday
    evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood
    stage.
  - Action stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
