...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN SHELBY...
SOUTHEASTERN HENRY AND NORTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM
EDT...

At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of New Castle, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Eminence, Pleasureville, North Pleasureville, Bethlehem, Elmburg,
Polsgrove, Orville, Peaks Mill, Elmville, and Flag Fork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
central Kentucky.
