...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN HARRISON...EASTERN
CRAWFORD...SOUTHEASTERN ORANGE...SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON AND
NORTHWESTERN MEADE COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM EDT...

At 1022 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Brandenburg, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Corydon, Brandenburg, Carefree Town, Palmyra, Marengo, Milltown,
Leavenworth, Fredericksburg, Mauckport, and New Amsterdam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
