For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will drop south of the lower Great Lakes
this morning. An expansive area of high pressure of 30.2 inches
centered over the upper Great Lakes Friday night will slowly
cross Lake Ontario this weekend. A ridge averaging 30.1 inches
will persist into next week.
