Lake...

At 612 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from near Burns Harbor to 7 nm
southwest of Gary to 20 nm southwest of Indiana Harbor, moving
northeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Indiana Harbor, Calumet Harbor, Burns Harbor, Marina Shores at Dune
Harbor, and Hammond Marina.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
