.DISCUSSION...A broad upper level trough will persist over the burn
area today through Wednesday night. Gusty northwest winds will
prevail through tonight before weakening Wednesday and Wednesday
night, but still remain breezy. Humidities will fall to near 10
percent today, and the Red Flag Warning will continue through this
afternoon due to the combination of the low humidities and gusty
winds. There will still be elevated fire weather conditions tonight
due to gusty winds and generally poor humidity recoveries.
