.DISCUSSION...
A northerly surface pressure gradient across the area will maintain
clear and somewhat dry conditions at the Rx location through Thursday.
Minimum humidities will be below 30 percent Thursday afternoon, rising
some on Friday as the northerly gradients weaken and onshore flow
resumes. Overnight humidity recoveries will also remain very good.
Southwest winds at the 20-ft level will peak around 10 mph, with gusts
increasing to near 15 mph on Friday.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
Max temperature.....67 at 0900. Max 80-82.
Min humidity........43 percent at 0900. Min 27-29 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable winds up to 3 mph shifting to the
                    southwest 4 to 5 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 5 mph at 0900 becoming
                    southwest 8 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......1800 ft AGL at 0900 rising to 4500 ft AGL.

.THURSDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Clear (0-10 percent).
Min temperature.....55-57.
Max humidity........73-77 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 3 to 5 mph in the evening becoming
                    downslope/downvalley up to 3 mph overnight.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 8 to 10 mph in the evening becoming
                    west 3 to 5 mph.
Mixing height.......3500 ft AGL lowering to 1000 ft AGL.

.FRIDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
