.DISCUSSION...
High confidence in warm conditions (but cooler than earlier this week)
continuing through at least Monday. Winds will continue through day-to-day
diurnal patterns, but will have more of a northerly component on
Monday than previous days. Some warming and drying is still on track for
Tuesday and Wednesday, with increasing westerly winds. Winds likely to
turn to north to northeast Friday or Saturday next week.

Min humidity........18-22 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light becoming northwest 4 mph with gusts to 8 mph
                    around noon, increasing to 6 mph with gusts to
