.DISCUSSION...
Deep marine layer clouds are expected to reach the area tonight,
bringing patchy fog and drizzle Thursday morning. Southerly
winds continue, but will generally be less than 15 mph and light
overnight. Decreased confidence in whether clouds will reach the
burn area Thursday night into Friday morning. Minimum humidities
trend drier, with very good overnight recoveries.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with patchy fog and drizzle, then
                    becoming sunny mid to late morning.
Temperature.........66 at ignition...Max 83-84.
RH..................58 percent at ignition...Min 20-25 percent.
Eye level winds.....Winds calm at ignition, becoming southwest
                    winds 3 to 6 mph with gusts up to 8 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds light and variable at ignition, becoming
                    southwest winds 6 to 12 mph with gusts up to
                    16 mph.
Mixing height.......2300 ft AGL at ignition becoming 5000 ft
                    AGL in the afternoon.
