Winds will shift from southerly to northerly during this time
period, which will bring warming and drying to the burn area.
Afternoon winds may be breezy at times, with gusts of 15 to 20 mph.
Humidities trend drier into Friday, however still expecting
very good overnight recoveries Thursday night. Somewhat lower
confidence in wind speeds Friday which may be 5 mph weaker than
forecast.
