.DISCUSSION...
West to southerly flow continues over the burn area Tuesday
into Wednesday as low pressure remains to the southwest. The marine
layer will be deep, but conditions are the burn site are expected
to be clear. However, cannot completely rule out brief clouds during
the early morning hours Wednesday. Winds will be breezy during the
afternoon to evening hours, and gusts could briefly reach up to
18-20 mph. Minimum humidities will fall to the 20s-30s each day,
with very good overnight recoveries Tuesday night.

Temperature.........57-59 at ignition...Max 97-99.
RH..................75-85 percent at ignition...Min 24-30 percent.
Eye level winds.....Winds northwest at 1 to 3 mph at
                    ignition...becoming west 2 to 5 mph late in
                    the morning, increasing to 4 to 6 mph with
                    gusts to 8 mph in the afternoon.
