Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Weak troughing at 29.8 inches will be replaced by ridging near 30.0 inches as it moves into Lake Superior by this evening. The ridge builds to 30.1 inches over Lake Superior Monday morning as the high moves overhead and gradually weakens to 30.0 inches Tuesday afternoon. A 29.4 inch low pressure system over western Ontario Tuesday evening moves to near James Bay by Wednesday evening, dragging a 29.6 inch trough over Lake Superior Thursday. 30.0 inch ridging moves into Lake Superior on Friday.
