            *** 1 FATALITY *** A vehicle drove into a
            flooded area at Gillespie Bridge and Perch
            Creek. Others tried to rescue the couple
            inside. Ultimately the fire department was
            able to rescue the husband and a rescuer,
            but the wife passed. Estimated water levels
            are 24 inches and rushing, with some photos
            provided via Slack showing flattened
            vegetation after the water receded.
