Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 950 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that light rain continues, but additional thunderstorms may move into the area shortly bringing another round of moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Farwell, Oklahoma Lane and Lariat. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
