...The Flood Advisory is extended for the following rivers in
Texas...

  Double Mountain Fork Brazos at Justiceburg affecting Garza County.

.Very heavy rainfall fell overnight in the western potion of Garza
County, about 8 to 15 miles west of Justiceburg, where the West
Texas Mesonet southwest of Post recorded 5 to 7 inches of rainfall.
This has already lead to a rise in river stage this morning and the
river is expected to continue rising through the afternoon.

For the Double Mountain Fork Brazos...including Justiceburg,
Aspermont 10S, Lubbock 4ESE...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by overnight excessive rainfall along
  the Double Mountain Fork Brazos has lead to a sharp rise in the
  river this morning.

* WHERE...Double Mountain Fork Brazos at Justiceburg.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Pool elevation of Lake Alan Henry may rise
  very quickly and impact boat docks. Mooring of docks may need to
  be made to prevent damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.9
    feet this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
