* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 10
  to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay and adjoining estuaries north of Drum
  Point MD.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this
  morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon today
  to 1 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
