thunderstorms along a line extending from Cross Roads to near Glen
Rock to McSherrystown, moving south at 20 mph.

Gusty winds of 40 to 50 mph and small hail are possible with these
storms.

Heavy rainfall is occurring and may lead to local ponding on roads,
and rises on small streams.

Locations impacted include...
Pikesville, Cockeysville, Westminster, Towson, Bel Air South,
Randallstown, Parkville, Owings Mills, Bel Air North, Eldersburg,
Carney, Perry Hall, Reisterstown, Mays Chapel, Timonium, Fallston,
Taneytown, Hampstead, Hampton, and Manchester.

This includes the following highways...
 Route 1 in Maryland between mile markers 8 and 4.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland near mile marker 73, and between mile
