...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along
the Colorado River...

 The river will continue to fall. This is the last forecast for this
 event. For the Colorado River at Colorado City
* The current stage was 11.3 feet.
* Impacts at 12.0 feet The river overflows its banks.  This will
  result in some minor flooding of ranch land and fence posts.
  Ranchers should move livestock out of the flood plain to higher
  ground.  No structures are threatened at this stage.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
