  Southeastern Lea County in southeastern New Mexico...
  Western Andrews County in western Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT/830 PM MDT/.

* At 827 PM CDT/727 PM MDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from 12 miles southeast of Eunice to 8 miles
  northwest of Jal, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jal, Jal Airport, and Frankel City.
