...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN EDDY COUNTY...

At 316 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northeast
of Lincoln National Forest, or 25 miles west of Carlsbad, moving
southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Eddy County.
