...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
  Clay and Southeast Missouri, including the following counties,
  Dunklin and Pemiscot.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 151 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kennett, Malden, Campbell, Clarkton, Holcomb, Wardell, Bragg
    City, Nimmons, Lorine, Carryville, West Kennett, Rhyne, Bell
    City, Noland, Holly Island, White Oak, Frisbee, Ipley, Peach
    Orchard and Baird.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
