.Synopsis...

A light easterly wind flow tonight will gradually become moderate to
fresh on Tuesday across most of the local waters. Scattered showers
and thunderstorms will become numerous during the second half of the
week. Hazardous marine conditions may develop over the Atlantic and
Gulf waters for the middle to the end of the week with increasing
winds and seas as Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 currently in the
Carribean Sea pushes northward into Gulf of Mexico.
