Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... At 740 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Hillsboro Beach, or near Lighthouse Point, moving southeast at 10 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
