At 436 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
near Triumph Reef, moving northeast at 25 knots.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
