The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee FL out 20 NM...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 710 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 16 nm
  southeast of D Tower to 9 nm west of Northwest Cape Sable to 11 nm
  southwest of Middle Cape Sable, moving east 20 to 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Middle Cape Sable, Shark Point, Whitewater Bay, and Northwest Cape
  Sable.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
