.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Moderate south
to southwest winds and west swell are expected through tonight,
with conditions hazardous to small craft from the combination of
swell and wind wave. Steep to very steep seas will persist
through most of the week. A weak cold front will move through the
waters Tuesday morning with a steep west to northwest swell moving
in Tuesday night. A thermal trough will develop Wednesday with
moderate to strong north winds that will persist through Friday
afternoon. Isolated gales may be possible near Brookings on
Thursday evening when the thermal trough peaks.
