.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Winds and seas
will remain relatively calm through Wednesday. A front will bring
rain and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm or two over the waters.
Additionally, a brief shift to southerly winds is expected today
into tonight. Northerly winds and steep seas return Wednesday and
persist through the rest of the week; as a result, a Small Craft
Advisory may be needed Thursday into Friday night.
