.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Northerly
winds increase Sunday with the arrival of a low. This will bring
steep to very steep and hazardous seas that will persist through
Monday night. Conditions improve briefly on Tuesday, but a front
will move into the region bringing rain and isolated thunderstorms.
Behind the front, gusty north winds and steep seas are likely
Tuesday night into Wednesday.
