.DISCUSSION...A cold front is bringing cooler temperatures and
light showers to Coos and Douglas counties through this evening.
The most notable impact will be gusty southwest to west winds
from the Cascades eastward through this evening. Sustained speeds
of 15 to 25 mph are expected with peak gusts of 35 to 45 mph.
Afternoon minimum RH values are in the upper teens to mid 20s
today. Dry and warm conditions are expected for the next week. The
next dry trough is likely to bring slightly stronger than usual
westerly breezes east of the Cascades Saturday.
