Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected east of the
Shasta Valley today as a weak trough moves through the region.
The cooling trend will continue today and humidities will trend
higher. A stable air mass is expected for much of the week with
dry conditions, typical afternoon breezes and above normal
temperatures. A larger pattern change is expected late week into
next weekend with temperatures trending below normal.
