.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the area will result in a warming
trend and drier humidities Wednesday and Thursday.  Gusty late afternoon
evening northerly winds are expected Wednesday, and moreso on Thursday.
There is a slight chance (20%) of thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and
evening. Gusty and erratic winds are possible near thunderstorms on
Thursday.

Min humidity........17 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds 0 to 2 mph becoming north 2 to 4 mph in
                    the afternoon.
