.DISCUSSION...Overall, warm and dry conditions are forecast through early
next week. While typical afternoon breezes are expected through the weekend,
a dry front will bring breezy winds to the burn site on Saturday and Sunday.
These winds will combine with near critical relative humidity values during
the forecast valid time. Overnight recoveries will be moderate at best as winds
turn to be from the east overnight. This shift will be short-lived as the winds
shift to be back from the west to west-southwest on Saturday
